Refund & Dispute Policy

At Retireista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. Please read our refund and dispute policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions to our Premium plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings page or by contacting [email protected].
  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the monthly billing period.
  • New subscribers may request a full refund within 72 hours of initial subscription if they are unsatisfied with the service. This is a one-time courtesy for new Premium subscribers only.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions to our Premium plan:

  • You may request a prorated refund within 14 days of purchasing an annual subscription by contacting [email protected].
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining unused portion.
  • When you cancel an annual subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your paid term.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  5. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge from Retireista:

  • Please contact our billing department at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
  • We're committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
  • For unresolved disputes, you may contact your credit card company or payment provider to initiate a formal dispute process.
  • Please note that filing a chargeback may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is being resolved.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of the above policy in the following circumstances:

  • Extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Technical issues that severely impact core functionality and cannot be resolved
  • Unauthorized charges or billing errors on our part
